1 Boston Butt Roast

Rub:
Brown sugar
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
and whatever else you want to flavor it with

2 cups apple cider vinegar





Directions:
Directions:
Cover roast with rub and then cook on smoker at 225 degrees until internal temp is 165 degrees.

Approx. 3 to 4 hours.

Double fold foil around roast to make a bag around the roast.

Pour vinegar over the roast.

Seal the foil around it.

Return to smoker at 325 degrees cook until internal temp is 205 degrees.

Approx 5 hours.

Drain vinegar and shred.
