Ingredients:  
Pastry for two-crust pie.
1⅓ to 2 cups sugar
⅓ cup flour
4 cups diced rhubarb
1½ tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour, add rhubarb and mix slightly through. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. seal edges. Split top crust to let steam escape or make a lattice top.

Bake 425° for 40-50 minutes, until crust is lightly browned.
