Ingredients:  
1 pkg Oreo's (crushed)
1/2 stick Margarine softened
8 oz Cream Cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3½ cups milk
2 small boxes Vanilla instant pudding
12 oz Container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: Margarine, and Cream Cheese make sure mixed well
then mix in powder sugar.

In another bowl mix : Milk,Pudding Mix

Combine both mixtures then fold in Cool Whip.

Layer 1/2 cookies at the bottom
then pudding mixture
then remainder of cookies on top

Chill and serve.
