1 CUP COARSELY CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS
SALT & PEPPER


1 17OZ CAN CREAMED STYLE CORN
1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
3 TBSP CHOPPED PIMIENTO
]1 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED

COMBINE EGG, MILK AND 2/3 CUP CRACKER CRUMBS, SALT & PEPPER.
STIR IN CORN, ONION AND PIMENTO.
MIX WELL.

TURN INTO 1 QT CASSEROLE DISH.

TOSS MELTED BUTTER WITH REMAINING CRACKER CRUMBS.
SPRINKLE ON TOP OF CORN MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 65 MINUTES.
