8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet Knorr vegetable recipe mix
2.5 ounces jar dried beef, Armour, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
With an electric mixer, combine the first 2 ingredients, mix until smooth.
Stir in chopped dried beef and vegetable recipe mix
Pour dip into a baking dish.
Refrigerate until ready to make.
Heat dip at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers
