Crust:
2 cups flour ¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt ½ cup butter, melted
Filling: :
½ cup sugar ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup 3 Tbsp. Butter
3 large eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup pecan halves
1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. Flour
Pecan Pie Squares
Crisco No Stick Spray 2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar ¼ tsp. salt
½ cup butter, Melted
Filling:
3 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup ¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups chopped Pecans



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Crust:
Beat flour, sugar, salt, and butter in medium bowl with mixer, until cornmeal texture. Press into 9 inch pie plate, do not bake.
Filling:
Combine sugar, brown sugar, and corn syrup in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in butter until melted. Gradually stir into beaten eggs. Add pecan halves.
Assembling and Baking:
Mix 1Tb. Sugar and 1Tb. flour. Sprinkle evenly over bottom of pie crust. Pour pecan mixture into crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until dark brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Squares: Preheat oven to 350º. For Crust: Beat flour, sugar, salt, and butter in medium bowl with mixer, until resembles corn meal. Spray 13x9 inch pan with no stick spray. Press firmly into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
