SAUCE:
1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1/2 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

2 CUPS SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

COOK CHICKEN AND CUT INTO LARGE PIECES.
COOK BROCCOLI

LAYER BROCCOLI, CHICKEN IN BUTTERED 13 X 9 PAN

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS OF SAUCE AND POUR OVER THE TOP

SPRINKLE WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
