1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix (and the ingredients per box instructions)
1 16 oz Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package White Chocolate Chips
Red Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix as directed and let cool.
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl crumble cake mix with a fork or hands into small pieces.
4. Stir in 3/4 of the cream cheese frosting and mix until all the cake is moist.
5. Form the mixture into same size balls (if it's not sticking together mix in a little more frosting, but not so much that it gets greasy) and place on lined cookie sheet. Then refrigerate until cold.
6. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 45 seconds. Stir to melt together. If chocolate is not fully melted microwave an additional 15 seconds and stir again. Careful not to over heat as it will ruin your chocolate.
7. Quickly dip cake balls one at a time in your melted chocolate using a spoon and place back on cookie sheet.
8. Sprinkle with red sprinkles before chocolate sets. Place back in refrigerator when done.
