Sauce:
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup fresh Lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp grated Lemon Zest
1 Garlic Clove minced

Chicken dredge:
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Paprika
8 Chicken Breast halves
1 stick butter melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside

Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Bake in 400º oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and pour sauce over chicken. Bake another 30 min or until golden in color.
