9 c Bread Mix (see Aunt Clara Bread Mix Recipe)
3 c lukewarm water
3 pkg yeast

Butter
2 lbs brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
Heavy cream (2 T over each roll)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and water. Add to roll mix. Knead well. Put in bowl. Oil top and let rise til double in bulk. Knead dough down and roll out 1/2 inch thick. Spread with butter. Mix 2 lbs brown sugar and 1 t cinnamon. Spread over dough. Roll up and slice about 2 inches thick. Place in greased pan, let rise til double in bulk. Put 2 T heavy cream on each roll. Bake at 425º til golden brown, about 20 minutes.
