½16 ounces dried linguine
2 T. canola oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1½ pounds of jumbo shrimp cleaned and tails removed
6 c. sugar snap peas
3 cloves garlic minced
1½ c. dry white wine
1 T. butter
1 T. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper
½ cup fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine according to package directions and drain reserving ¼ c. pasta water. Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat. Stir in shrimp, peas, and garlic and red pepper.
Cook stirring until shrimp are hot and opaque about 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to a bowl.
Pour wine into wok, bring to a boil, and cook until reduced for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in shrimp mixture and reserved pasta water. Let stand for a minute. Stir in butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper then toss with cooked linguine. Mix in fresh basil and serve.
