4½ pounds roast beef
2 large onions sliced
4 packages soup bones
6 quarts boiling water
Salt

Vegetables:
4 cups diced potatoes (appx 4)
4 cups diced carrots (aprx 8 large)
2 cups diced celery
3 cups diced rutabaga
1½ cups each corn, peas, and green beans
Salt and pepper.

Water and bullion as desired
Homemade Noodles: 3 recipes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Nesco to 425° (appx 10 minutes). Add beef, onions, soup bones, water, and salt. Stir togetther and cook for two hours. Remove meat, let cool, cut off the bone.
Add vegetables to broth and simmer (300° or lower) until tender. Add water and bouillon until desired amount. Add noodles and meat. Let’s steep.
