Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts between two pieces of waxed or parchment paper to make more of an even thickness. Sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper seasoning. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and rub in to breasts. Grill on med-high temp either on bbq grill or in a grill pan on stove top. Cook until 165 degrees. Meanwhile, make lemon pepper aioli by mixing all the ingredients in small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
When chicken is done, top with 1 slice of cheese each and 3-4 slices pepperchinis. Butter bun halves and brown on grill, in same pan or under broiler until lightly browned. Spread bun halves with a tbsp of aioli and chicken breast on top.
