1 pint sour cream
2 T lemon juice
3/4 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1- 9 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1 banana - sliced
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Tint mixture with food coloring. Pour into medium muffin tin, lined with paper cups. Freeze until firm. Remove paper before serving.
