2 cups roasted, salted almonds - divided in half
12 ounces milk chocolate chips - divided in half
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop almonds course or process in food processor. Grease the bottom of a 15x10" cookie sheet well.
Spread one cup nuts on the sheet. Sprinkle one cup of chocolate chips over nuts.
In a heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches soft crack stage or 285°. Quickly pour over nuts and chips and spread quickly to even out. Sprinkle the rest of the chips over the mixture. Top with rest of the nuts. Smooth with fork or knife. Chill thoroughly. Break into pieces.
