1 1/2 cups (level) all purpose flour.
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 Tbsp. Almond extract

Filling
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1/4 lb. almond paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, flour, sugar, butter, salt, egg yolk, and alMond extract. Work like pie dough with hands. Form into little balls and chill. After chilled (very cold) press into tiny molds again chill till very cold. Make filling combining butter, sugar, beaten eggs, almond paste. Fill mold with scant teaspoon. Bake 350 º 15 minutes. Rest 5 min’utes before removing from pan. Then decorate.
