1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 egg
Ketchup - good squirt
Milk - if needed to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in baking dish. Add a little water.

Bake at 350 50 minutes

Some Options:

top with ketchup or BBQ sauce and then bake

Combine cream of mushroom soup with milk or water to make like gravy consistency. Add a little Gravy Master to make it a nice brown color. Pour over loaf, cover with foil and bake.

Sometimes add a bit of sour cream to gravy mixture to make it taste like stroganoff.

Recipe can be doubled or tripled or even more.

My recipe is very similar, but I usually use seasoned crumbs and dried onion.
