1 c. milk
1 c. flour
¾ t. salt
1 T. sugar
6 T. butter

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly. Beat in the rest of ingredients, except butter, until smooth.
Melt butter in electric skillet, pour in batter, and cover.
Bake at 350° turning and watching closely. Break upj . Serve with syrup.

This "scrambled pancake" is what Grandma Anna Hoffmann called omelet. It was a favorite of the Meillier grandkids when we stayed with her.
