¾ cup elderflower liqueur (St Germain)
3 cups cubed watermelon
⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 750 ml bottle of sparkling rose (chilled).

Directions:

Be sure Rose is chilled first.

Combine ingredients and serve.
