2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour

2 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
Lemon rind
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Red and green cherries chopped

Mix crust ingredients with hands. Form in pan (cheesecake) Bake 325 º 10 minutesBeat all filling ingredients pour into baked crust, then bake 20 minutes more
