8 medium potatoes
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. When cooled enough to handle, peel, grate and set aside. Melt cheese in milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Add butter, sour cream and onion. Remove from heat and stir. Stir in potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a greased 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly.
