"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
ANOTHER FAVORITE OF ALL THE GRANDCHILDREN OF WANDA LYNCH. SHE HAD THESE WAITING ON EVERY VISIT. I ON THE OTHER HAND DO NOT LIKE SCOTCHEROOS AND DO NOT RECALL MAKING THEM FOR MY DEPRIVED CHILDREN. I COULDN'T GO WITHOUT ADDING THIS FAVORITE OF MOST AND WILL MAKE THEM FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN SOME DAY AND SEE WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THIS SPECIAL TREAT.
