2 Pkgs Yeast
1/2 Cup Lukewarm Milk
1 lb Real Butter
2 Cups Cold Milk
1/2 Cup White Sugar plus 2 Tbsp
8 Cups All purpose Flour
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Tbsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast with warm Milk and 2 Tbsp Sugar. set aside
Melt Butter in large bowl
Add cold Milk, 1/2 cup Sugar, salt and eggs to a large bowl (use one you can seal and put in fridge) and mix well
Then add Melted Butter
Alternating add Yeast mixture and flour to the above mixture. Mixing well after each addition.
When mixed leave dough in same bowl and cove and refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night. ( I always did overnight)
Next morning: on a lightly floured surface divide dough into 4 parts.
Roll each part separately into large as circle as possible dough should be thin. Brush with melted butter
you then will cut into 16 wedges and roll like crescents.
Place on ungreased pan let rise in warm room until double in bulk (approx 2-4) hours

Bake 350º for 15-20 min.
