Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
4 eggs
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3 T. sugar + 2 T. cinnamon (mixed together)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and margarine. Add 4 eggs, one at a time and beat well after each. Sift together: 3 cups flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt. Add this to the sugar, egg, and margarine mixture alternating with the 1 cup of milk and beat well. In a well greased "two piece" angel food cake pan...put a layer of cake batter then cover with cinnamon and sugar mix, then batter, then cinnamon and sugar, then batter, then finally ending up with cinnamon and sugar on top. This forms a nice crust on the top of the cake when it is baked. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I am not fond of frosting and would ask my Mother to make me this for my birthday cake every year. I have baked this in two small angel food pans (two piece, of course) and it works great! I freeze one for later.
