6 tbsp. Oleo, melted
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 c Boiling Water
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 2/3 c Milk
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Baked Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt the oleo and add the brown sugar, mix until it boils then remove from heat. Take boiling water and put into the caramel sauce pan and add cornstarch, flour, salt, milk, and egg yolks. Mix them on low heat until thick; then add vanilla. Empty into a bake pie shell and top with Merengue.
