1 pkg Wide Noodles (8 oz)
1 can Tuna Fish Flaked (7oz)
1 small Green Pepper, diced
1 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 c Celery, diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 c Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Potato Chips crushed to top.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender then drain.
To make the mixture combine green pepper, onion, celery, milk, and cream of mushroom soup. Then season with salt and pepper. In a buttered casserole dish (1 1/2qt) arrange alternating layers of tuna, mixture and noodles. Repeat until all are used. Top with crushed potato chips and dot with butter. Bake in slow oven of 30 min.
