2 lb round Steak (cut in serving pieces)
2 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper
flour
1/4 c Fat
6 md Onion (sliced thick)
3 lg Potatoes (halved)
1 Bay Leaf (optional)
1 c Condensed Tomato Soup
1 c Green Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper, Cook onions with fat until tender (not long), remove onions and brown meat slowly on both sides. Place meat in a casserole dish, add onions, potatoes, and bay leaf. Then pour soup over and cover. Bake in moderate oven 350 º for 1 hr 45 min or till meat is tender. Add green beans and cook 10 to 15 min longer. Serve with a salad.
