4 c Sliced Potatoes
3-4 tbsp. Butter
2-3 tbsp. Flour
3 c Hot Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
First peel & slice potatoes, then melt butter and flour and blend well. Then add hot milk to butter and flour and stir until slightly thick. Add salt & pepper and put half of the potatoes in greased casserole dish, and add half the sauce. Then add remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover and bake 2 hours at 375 . Then uncover and continue to bake until a brown crust forms on top.
