1 c Oleo or Butter (2 sticks)
1 c Peanut butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 c Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oleo, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients until mixture is well blended. Take Ice cream scoop and scoop out dough into balls on the cookie sheet. Flatten with forks and pat/sprinkle with sugar on top.

Sometimes I take half of the batter and put chocolate bits in and bake, delicious, just like above. Bake at 350 15-18 min.
