1 c Oil
1/2 c Milk
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Lg Instant Vanilla or Banana Pudding
1 c Nuts or Raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and spray 2 8x 4 bread pans, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the bottom of the pans. Then with a plastic bowl mix oil, milk, eggs, & vanilla well. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Then place the dough in the bread pans and sprinkle the top of the dough with cinnamon sugar as well. Bake at 325 or 1 hr or more until done.
