1/3 c lime juice
1/4 olive or vegetable oil
2 T honey
1 T country style Dijon mustard
1 t coarsely ground pepper
1 t grated lime peel
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground cumin
1/8 t ground red pepper
1 t finely chopped fresh garlic
2 (3/4#) pork tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine all ingredients, except tenderloins in large resealable plastic food bag.
Pierce tenderloin w/fork; place in plastic food bag. Seal bag tightly. Place in a 9 x 13 pan and let stand 20 minutes.

Remove tenderloins from marinade. Place tenderloins on grill. Grill, basting and turning occasionally, until meat thermometer reaches 160º (15-20 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook remaining marinade in 1 qt. saucepan over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil (2-3 minutes).

To serve, diagonally slice tenderloins. Serve with marinade.
