2 Cups Brown rice
1-2 Cans of mushrooms ( I use fresh)
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Chopped onions
1/2 Cup Chopped celery
Parsley
Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
Thyme
Poultry Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice as directed

Brown onions, celery, mushrooms, and nuts in 1/2 cup butter add all other ingredients including rice.

Stir & stuff bird

Or you can keep warm and serve on the side
