5 cups flour
2 1/2 cups shortening
1 tbsp. salt

1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the flour, shortening, and salt together in a mixer bowl.
Beat together the egg and vinegar in a 1 cup measuring cup. Add enough water to fill the cup. Add liquid to the flour mixture, and mix until it is consistent. Refrigerate the dough for an at least an hour.
Roll out using plenty of flour on your work surface.

Leftover crust can be used for dough-dodgers. Cut dough into triangles and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
