Ingredients:  
1 1/2#'s Italian sausage (casings removed). You can use hot, mild or a mixture. Whatever your taste.
2 c celery, coarsely chopped
2# zucchini, chopped into 1/2-3/4 inch pieces
1 c onion, coarsely chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1-2 cans chicken broth
1 t salt
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t oregano
1 t sugar
1/2 t garlic powder
ground pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage in a stockpot. Return sausage to pot and add all remaining ingredients, excluding the parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender approximately 3 hours. Garnish with parmesan cheese.

Serve with Italian bread and butter.
