1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup Sugar
3/4 c canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour vinegar in a jar with a lid. Add sugar. Shake until well blended. Add oil and shake again until well blended. Pour over salad. Refrigerate remaining dressing. to add a few spices. I add the Good Seasons Italian dry dressing mix. Makes a great marinaded too
