Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 head bok choy or cabbage chopped
3 green onions chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 c almonds sliced
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 pkg ramen noodles, crushed
1/2 cup margarine

Dressing
1 cup salad oil (Canola)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown sesame seed ,almonds, noodles and sugar in margarine. Let cool
Prepare bok choy & onions in large salad bowl. Stir in cooled noodle mixture, Mix Well

Dressing: mix all well pour dressing over mixture just before serving
