4 Tbsp Butter or margarine
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt 4 Tbsp butter in 1/2 cup water. Add 1/2 cup flour and salt. Stir vigorously and cook and stir constantly until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add 2 eggs, beat vigorously until smooth (I use a mixer) stir in cheese . Drop dough on to greased baking sheet, using 1 level measuring teaspoon dough for each cream puff. Bake in 400º oven about 20 minutes. Cool and split as soon as cooled. You can freeze these or use immediately Stuff with Chicken salad or use as cream puffs by stuffing with pudding and top with melted chocolate.
