1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 medium chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Spray mold with pam. press cheese mixture into mold. refrigerate. Move cheese mold to a platter. Top with Strawberry preserves. Serve with Ritz Crackers
