2/3 Cup uncooked regular rice (not converted)
1 Medium onion
2 Celery stocks cut diagonally
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 Cup boiling water
1 Tsp instant chicken oxo
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Cups cut up chicken
1 Medium green pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, onion, celery in oil until rice is brown

Stir in remaining ingredients except green pepper.

Heat to boiling and reduce heat

Cover and simmer 18-20 minutes.

Stir in green pepper

Cover and simmer 10 minutes more
