Italian Delight Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 T. margarine
8 oz. package spaghetti
10 oz. can pasta or tomato sauce
17 oz. can corn
4 oz. can mushrooms
Salt, Pepper & Italian Seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, pour off fat, brown onion and green pepper in margarine. Put mixture in large bowl.
Cook spaghetti according to directions, breaking strands into halves before adding to boiling water.
Drain: add to meat mixture. Add other ingredients: mix.
Place in greased casserole dish, sprinkle more cheese on top.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes in 350 preheated oven until thoroughly hot. Serves 4.
