2 T. butter
2 T. olive oil
1 onion diced
1 stalk celery diced
pinch salt
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 c. white wine
1 (28 oz) can tomato puree/ 1 can diced tomatoes,
2 c. water
1 bay leaf
½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp red pepper flakes, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
12 oz cod
1 lb medium shrimp
mussels
scallops
parsley, basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter/olive oil in dutch cooker. Stir in onion, celery, garlic, salt cook approx. 6 minutes.
Stir in wine, tomato puree, water, bayleaf, oregano, pepper flakes, Worcestershire. Simmer 35 minutes.
Increase heat to boil. Stir in lemon slice, fish, cook 2 minutes.
Add seafood. Cook 5-6 minutes. Top with parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
