1 can crushed pineapple
1 c vinegar
4-6 T soy sauce
1 diced green pepper
dash of salt
dash of cayenne pepper
2-3 cups sugar

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND LET SIMMER FOR SEVERAL HOURS. JUST BEFORE SERVING THICKEN WITH CORN STARCH AND COLD WATER. SERVE OVER BATTERED CHICKEN PIECES
