1 1/2# diced tomatoes (3 cups)
1 large jalapeno, seeded & minced (2T) (I used 6, left seeds in 2)
1/2 c minced onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 t salt
pinch of black pepper
2-6 t lime juice (1-2 limes)
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes in colander for 30 minutes. Add jalapeno, onion, garlic and cilantro. Just before serving add salt, pepper lime juice. Sprinkle with small amount of sugar.
