2 - 8 oz of cream cheese
8 oz (2 c.) grated, sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. minced onion
1 T. pimento(opt)
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
chopped pecans to roll ball in before serving
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with mixer. Shape into ball and refrigerate. Roll in chopped pecans 30 min before serving
