1 large can evaporated milk
3 package dry yeast
3 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooking oil
3 tablespoon sugar
3 cup hot water
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water
11 cup flour (approx)

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the milk, Add the hot water, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and eggs. Stir to dissolve the sugar and salt

Sprinkle yeast over the 1/2 cup warm water. Add the 3 tablespoon sugar and Stir well. When yeast is dissolved, the add to milk mixture.

Add flour, 2 cups at a time and Stir. More flour maybe needed to make dough manageable.
Beat well after each addtion (electric mixer if desire)

Knead lightly
Dough will be soft

Grease Top of dough, let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again.

Form into desired shapes (Rolls, Kolaches, Cinnamone rolls, Crescent rolls, or Loaves)

Bake at 400º for 12 -15 minutes

Makes about 8 dozen small rolls, or 5 dozen large rolls, or 4 loaves of bread
Freezes well.
