1 whole chicken
2 sticks butter
1 large onion
1 bunch green onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 cup celery
1 /2 skillet corn bread
1 16 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tlb poultry seasoning
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken and cook in a large pot of boiling water. Let cool Chop onions, green onions, celery, and parsley and saute in melted butter. Let cool. Saving chicken broth, remove chicken, debone, and cut into bite size pieces. Crumble cornbread into large bowl and add herb dressing to cornbread. Beat eggs and add to mixture . Stir in saute vegetables. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add chicken. Add chicken broth until you have a wet batter that you can still pick up with your hands. Spay a large baking dish with Pam and fill with batter. Bake at 350 until done.
