2 ½ cup plain flour
2 tsp cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cup crisco oil
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring


Frosting:
1 box confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 stick butter
1- 8 Oz cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first, then add oil and remaining liquids; mix 3 minutes. Bake in 2 or 3 round pans or a sheet pan. 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting:
Cream butter, cheese, and sugar throughly; add vanilla and nuts
