1 can (13 1/2 oz) pineapple tidbits; 1 cup minute Rice; 3/4 tsp salt; 6 maraschino cherries, diced

1 cup miniature marshmellows; 2 cups prepared shipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, measuring syrup, add water to syrup to make 1 1/4 cups, bring to boil over high heat in a saucepan. Stir in rice and salt.

Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.

Add cherries and pineapple. Chill thorougly.

Foldchilled rice mixture and marshmellows into prepared whipped topping.
