1¾ cups of whiskey
1 - 14 ounce Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup light cream (½ pint) can use heavy cream or combination
4 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
1 tsp instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Shake and stir before serving. Will keep in refrigerator for about a month. Not in my fridge but maybe yours.

This is the basic recipe. Many of the ingredients can be adjusted to taste. Your taste on whiskey, the amount of chocolate, the combination of creams and coffee is to your taste. Any way at all it’s a great St. Paddy Day drink or Christmas, or Easter, or following Sunday service or Birthdays, etc.,etc., etc.
