2 cups cut up turkey or chicken

1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms drained

1/2 cup chopped green pepper and onion

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)

1 1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup bisquick mix

3 eggs

Directions:
heat oven to 400º.

lightly grease 10 inch pie pan.

sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie pan.

beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer)

pour into pie plan.

bake til golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. 30-35 minutes.

let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

garnish with parsley if desired
